Assorted Salad with Red Chili Sauce Three ways
Want to make a unique flavored salad at home? Just simply add the most versatile Shiitake mushroom Red Chili Sauce and Red Chili Oil Sauce.

Avocado Salad
Ingredients:
- Half Avocado
- 2 oz Plum Tomato
- 3 oz Bean Sprouts
- 1 tbs Red Chili Sauce with Shiitake mushroom
- 1/2 tbs Red Chili Oil Sauce
How to make
Step 1
Put half avocado, bean sprouts and plum tomato in the plate
Step 2
Add red chili sauce with shiitake mushroom on the avocado, add red chili oil sauce on the bean sprouts
Step 3
Serve cold and enjoy!

Pea Salad
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Pea
- 4 oz Finger Carrot
- 1 tbs Red Chili Sauce with Shiitake mushroom
- 1 tbs Red Chili Oil Sauce
How to make
Step 1
Boil pea and carrot in boiled water for about 1-2 minutes, take out and drain the water.
Step 2
Add shiitake mushroom red chili sauce and red chili oil sauce, mix evenly.
Step 3
Serve cold and enjoy!

Fried Tofu Salad
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Pea
- 5 oz Mung Bean Sprouts
- 2 tbs Red Chili Sauce with Shiitake mushroom
- 1 tbs Red Chili Oil Sauce
How to make
Step 1
Boil fried tofu in boiled water for about 1-2 minutes, take out and drain the water.
Step 2
Boil mung bean sprouts in boiled water for about 1minutes, take out and drain the water.
Step 3
Add shiitake mushroom red chili sauce and red chili oil sauce, stir and mix evenly.
Step 4
Serve cold and enjoy!
