Red Chili Oil Seafood Hot Pot

A perfect combination of rich aromatic chili oil flavor and fresh seafood in one pot.

  • 1 Can Chicken Broth (Soup Base)
  • 1 qt water (Soup Base)
  • ¼ cup Red Chili Sauce with Dried Shrimp (Soup Base)
  • 1 tsp Salt (Soup Base)
  • 8 oz Shrimp
  • 5 oz Imitation Crab Meat
  • 8 oz Fish cake
  • 8 oz assorted meat ball
  • 4 oz Shiitake mushroom
  • 4 oz Enoki mushroom
  • 2 count corns
  • 8 oz Napa Cabbage 

How to make: 

Step 1: 

Make hot pot soup base: add chicken broth, water, red chili oil sauce and salt in the pot, stir well and boil.

Step 2:

Add the following ingredients: shrimp, imitation crab meat, fish cake, assorted meat ball, corns, shiitake mushroom, enoki mushroom and napa

Step 3: 

Serve Hot and enjoy with dipping sauce (optional): red chili oil sauce and red pepper garlic hot sauce.
