Red Chili Oil Seafood Hot Pot
A perfect combination of rich aromatic chili oil flavor and fresh seafood in one pot.
- 1 Can Chicken Broth (Soup Base)
- 1 qt water (Soup Base)
- ¼ cup Red Chili Sauce with Dried Shrimp (Soup Base)
- 1 tsp Salt (Soup Base)
- 8 oz Shrimp
- 5 oz Imitation Crab Meat
- 8 oz Fish cake
- 8 oz assorted meat ball
- 4 oz Shiitake mushroom
- 4 oz Enoki mushroom
- 2 count corns
- 8 oz Napa Cabbage
How to make:
Make hot pot soup base: add chicken broth, water, red chili oil sauce and salt in the pot, stir well and boil.
Add the following ingredients: shrimp, imitation crab meat, fish cake, assorted meat ball, corns, shiitake mushroom, enoki mushroom and napa
Serve Hot and enjoy with dipping sauce (optional): red chili oil sauce and red pepper garlic hot sauce.
