Shrimp Fried Noodles

This dish brings together the best of Italian and Chinese cuisine. With tender shrimp and textured pasta, the flavors complement each other perfectly.

  • 10 large cleaned Tiger Prawns
  • 【For The Pasta
  • 7 oz Pasta
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 【Cook The Tiger Prawns】
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Garlic, Minced
  • ¼ tbsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 【Seasoning】
  • 1 tsp Cooking Wine
  • 2 tbsp Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • ¼ tsp White Pepper
  • 【Vegetable】
  • 3 oz Purple Cabbage
  • 3 oz Green Cabbage
  • 1 small Carrot, Julienned Into 1-inch Strips
  • 3 Stalks Cilantro.

How to make

Step 1

Shred purple cabbage, green cabbage and carrots.

Step 2

Boil a pot of boiling water, add salt and olive oil, and noodles in the pot and cook. Cook for about 7-8 minutes.

Step 3

Heat a pan over medium heat with butter. Add garlic and prawns and saute until fragrant. Add black pepper, salt, cooking wine, chicken broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.

Step 4

Saute the prawns, then put the noodles in the pot and stir fry.

Step 5

Add Purple Cabbage, Green Cabbage, carrots and white pepper, stir evenly. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
