Silken Tofu with XO Sauce
XO sauce enhances the flavor of the Tofu as a great addition. It is incredibly easy to make such a refreshing and nutritious dish just with very limited ingredients.
Serving: 2-3 People Time: 10 min
Ingredients:
- One box of Silken Tofu (16 oz)p
- 1/2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 4-6 Stalks Cilantro
- 2 tbsp of XO Sauce with slated egg yolks
- 1 tsp Olive Oil or sesame
How to make
Step 1
Cut Tofu into small strips or thin cubes.
Step 2
Add Light Soy sauce, add XO Sauce with slated egg yolks.
Step 3
Drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
Step 4
Serve cold.
